IER & Data Analytics

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research (IER), & Data Analytics collaborates with university administration and academic departments to support institutional decision making and student success at 九秀直播. The Office promotes the use of institutional data, analysis, and research for decision making in keeping with 九秀直播's educational mission. This Office is also charged with the creative exploration of issues of institutional importance, which include retention trends, graduation rates, and program evaluation.

Office Goals:

• Develop a clear vision and effective operations to support institutional information needs and the needs of external stakeholders.
• Engage with academic leaders of the University to determine their data, reporting, and analysis needs.
• Use data analytics and data science techniques to support creative decision making and new ways of looking at 九秀直播.
• Conduct quantitative research and analysis relevant to institutional policy, programmatic, and planning needs.
• Anticipate, develop, and deliver ad hoc research reports, using multiple forms of data, in service of key institutional issues.
