Dismissed ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ undergraduate students on poor academic scholarship (DPS) may apply for reinstatement. 

The applicant should work with their ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Academic Advisor and submit all of the following:

  • Written .
  • Submit supporting documents, as appropriate.
  • Official transcripts from your institution to ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ for all coursework completed since your dismissal.

Upon approval, ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ will reinstate applicants into their previous active program. The Academic Petitions Committee reviews students' petitions on the 15th of each month. If seeking to appeal your dismissal resulting from extenuating or mitigating circumstances, you must submit supporting documentation to substantiate your claim.

  • Include a clear and concise statement of your request and why the committee should consider approving your petition.
  • Attach documentation to support your claim, as appropriate.

NOTE: All documents must be received before any action can be taken on the application for reinstatement.
